Our Wards Children’s Awards Board Winner Anya!

Every year, we eagerly anticipate our annual Wards Children’s Awards, a vibrant celebration of the incredible bravery and courage shown by children, young people, and families. And guess what? Nominations are now officially open!

Teaming up with the Kent Community Foundation and Kent Online, we're thrilled to offer a well-deserved afternoon of celebration and relaxation to some truly remarkable young individuals, families, and charities.

These awards are all about the children, young people, and families who inspire us, which is why this year, we're launching a brand new line of for-sale boards to reflect that spirit of positivity.

Back in March, we kicked off our Wards Board Competition, inviting children to unleash their creativity by colouring in our beloved canine characters, Sid the Dalmatian and Rufus the Bassett Hound! We were blown away by the 200+ amazing entries from local children and schools. But, drumroll please... after much deliberation, we've crowned Anya (aged 5) from Strood as our winner! Her vibrant rendition of Sid stole our hearts.
